Below poem i had written for two people falling in love, this piece was written on 23rd march (holi)
खरबूजे ने जो रंग पकड़ा
वाह वाह खरबूजे ने जो तरबूजे का रंग यूँ पकड़ा रंगीन हो गया माहौल सारा
बात बात में जो बात वो यू जाने सब कुछ इतनी जल्दी जाने पहचाने
इतनी जल्दी कोई घुसपैठ कैसे कर सकता है तुम तो लगे रंग ज़माने और धूम मचाने
जैसे कोई मचलने को बेकरार कोई और बात बात मे ढूंढे कई बहाने
पर हम तो चले नहाने, भीग गए इस रंग में पर चाह कर भी ना छुड़ा पाए
इस रंग को रखूं अपने दिल और दिमाग मे यू प्रतिबिम्बित की बेचारे कही ना हो जाये निलंबित
कहा खूब तरबूज ने “जहाँ न पहुंचा कवि वहां पहुँच गए श्रीमान कवि ”
तो अब कवि की कल्पना को उड़ने दो। खरबूजे पे तरबूजे का रंग चढ़ने दो…हमे भी थोड़ा मचलने दो

anyways.. will clear them out.. have read them all in jiffy, even if it got passing marks i am considering myself lucky. I just took one day to open the books in some of the subject, but attended the classes. There are not very much helpful to the questions asked in the exam…
But helped me in learning the various aspects and scenarios from lecturers, as they shared the experience.
i have my targets on II year, from the first day, when i have enrolled myself into the course.
Accomplishing the organization targets, that is big deal… infact there are so many folks with MBA and HR degrees to accomplish this task.
I am just being a artist and somewhat technical person, but i think i can related more closer to developers and project managers. I have noticed the HR people are somewhat lost creatures :- D
what good thing, if i tell you about.. in the organizational level meeting, the Vice president HR of the company, said “Talk to me”
On the question of whether you are open for internship in the organization of 3 months. I am hoping for best, that this way, i will be able to touch some portion of the life of people, affecting them desirably… sometimes a problem need creative way of solving.. which excel sheet guys can’t always able to do… will write more blah here!
Because they do not understand the technology, for a sound HR professional you should have good ass burning technical exposure and also the HR degree you can boast on the same anyway. But remember, never boast.. it just do not work.
By aligning myself to HR viewpoints i should be able to know worst and best of both of the world.

Recently in december i had given the 2 exams, hoping to clear them out.
Now, targets i am left with Assignments, practical and internship and the changes which will start.

Burnt and boiled by code build, sipping the code, as if being drunk!
Shuffling between one window to another,
putting a hand on Ctrl+C and Second Hand on Ctrl+V
The magic show still goes on!
The code been added layer by layer, with each layer
His old mistakes make a new beginning,
Elevated thinking of developing new civilization! Being made!

Old wine in a new bottle, crying out

The siren of “Demo came” being heard and been moulded into melody in return.
For safety of managed Jugaad code, rubs all through his nose and face.
Thereafter, being caught in Temple for the safe!
But! despite for all the turbulence faced. Getting praises on his foolishness.
And carrying bag of the medals, which he should never won. OMG! the bag is torn!
And during this 9 hours of Flexible bombardment by contributing a little BIT,
towards the goal of 2018, to transform the organization a real hit!
And Running for the Shadows of dream and the sleeping dream with in;
Turning off his system, sharing the message
“save power and push the country forward”
And saying, ok bye! bye! spark is signing out!
Guess! you and me on one day, will be shining out!
Hey! This is the ram rocker
after all you have seen that running those shocker
what does not kill, does not make you strong
what is not strong, won’t kill you back
keep reaching, keep reaching to the tunnels…
till the world won’t give your hearts to those funnels.
I have a heart, it pumps blood… blood is red, passion is life
So, i will give you an advice… don’t settle for less, even if you don’t have a single money
the world can be with you, with the shoppers troll… let them rock and roll!
