First experience of water sports & adventure

Hey! I never had water sports adventure experience. Recently I had a great great time trying out new water activities at Jayalgarh, near to rishikesh (Uttranchal)

IMG_0007 On Day-1, we went to a bridge for slithering and rappelling. IMG_0045

IMG_0057 Then swimming on the bed of river, just as you resting on the dunlop cushion and dropped as leave floating from here and there, without any resistance, no arms causing any harms on water. Just going with the flow. fear is not a bad thing to have, it is socially acceptable and you can open up. escaping from the words which, can make you more reluctant to fear. You afraid, ok admit it, but then channelise it.

Day – II

River crossing was such a bad ass stuff, knowing you will be drenched, and choke your nose and mouth..but still looking for other shore on the other side, slowly and slowly. water rafting was tremendous, knowing when to back row or front row & rescuing activities were neatly planned in middle of river.

There are also couple of rescuing boats, which were actively after the crew.

Had a great time with families, kids, their jokes, their imagination and the power of expression at such a crazy age. Having great great time at the Dj with young folks, which i will never forget 😉

Messages from Water (Documentary)

60% of human body has water. And highly vital fluid present on blue planet, Mother Earth.
But if the water listens to our messages, music or vibes and reacts, so if there is something completely mystical about it which we have never experienced it.

On this question, there is highly recommend, an eye-opening documentary called
Messages from water, this is an incredible documentary
that features the incredible research work done by the Honorable Dr. Masaru Emoto from Japan.
